How to Initiate a Return

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after approval
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed
Important: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Gift cards and store credits
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personalized, custom-made, or monogrammed items
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
